Good Online Calendar

Does anyone here know of a good online calendar that:
1. Allows recurring events than can be chosen by "business days". (ie,
8th business day of the month, every month)
2. can be printed nicely.

Actually, I prefer online but will resort to software if need be...

Any suggestions?

month, you can paste or type up to 99 letters for each day.

No, it does not allow recurring events tio be scheduled by the BUSINESS
DAY, just calendar day.
