Online Access to Outlook 2007 with BCM

I'm trying to find a cost effective way of getting to Outlook 2007 with
Business contact manager online. I've got it on my laptop but want to save
it and access it when I'm elsewhere without my own laptop, using a computer
with no Outlook. Saving files is what I already do but that's no good if the
host computer hasn't got Outlook with BCM 2007. Any suggestions?
 
Office Live, free of charge to a point and you can connect to outlook if you
want or function perfectly straight from the net.
