I was wondering to see if anyone knew how to setup one
background for every user that logs onto the machine. So
if I have one background in the Administrator account, I
want to be able to use that for any user that logs onto
that machine. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you can do it by setting each users desktop (one at a time) to use
the same image located in a shared folder. You only need to do this once.
The next time you want to change the backdrop you just change the image
(keeping the filename and location the same).
