One person, two jobs, two calendars

Hi all,

I am looking for a solution for the following situation.

Consider two separate companies with separate networks. One employee works
for both companies and he wishes to synchronize the calendars of both jobs.
At company 1 a secretary has been authorized to manage his calendar. At
company 2 only this employee can see his calendar.

He wishes to synchronize the calendars of both jobs in such a manner that
the secretary in company 1 is able to see that he is busy (with an
appointment for company 2), but that she cannot see the content of the
appointment.

Could you help me with these questions:

1.. How can the two calendars most efficiently be synchronized? It is of
course possible to invite the other agenda every time an appointment is made
in one of the calendars, but there may be more efficient ways.
2.. How can the secretary in company 1 be prevented from viewing the
content of an appointment that originates from company 2 while she is still
able to see that that time in the calendar is busy?

Thank you for your help.

You first: what version of Outlook and what type(s) of accounts are beling
used for the two companies?

This is probably best done with a third-party tool. See

Possibly by making the appointments from calendar 2 private when they're
moved to calendar 1.
