one or two users keep disconnecting

sometime 1 for 2 user keep disconnecting from terminal serv. and i dont
know where to start the trouble shoot process. the server is functioning
fine for all other users including myself . and the problem is not every
day or all the time. i dont know if its lisc issues or what ...
please help

Disconnected sessions is not a typical symptom of a licensing
problem.
Is there anything in the EventLog on the TS? If it is licensing, the
EventLog will tell you so, loud and clear.

Are these users located on the same network as the other users (who
don't have a problem)? If so, check their time-out limits on active
and idle connections.

If they are on a different network, then they are probably having
some sort of network problem.
Are they disconnected while their session is idle for a minute or so?
