One or more pictures ...................

I am getting this message before each email sends even though there are no
pictures embeded, attached orinserted.
Any advice would be appreciated

Well, that eliminates my only theory. :-(
I have no idea what else could be causing that problem.
If it bothers you enough, you can always upgrade to Windows Live Mail.

Is there an email stuck in the outbox? Make sure when you look you have
selected the view "All messages" otherwise you may not see one that's in
there but has been read. Does the mail go and is it received at the
other end? When did this problem start? Can you think of some event that
happened just before it started?
