"One or more parameter values are not valid" Error Message

I am getting the following error message

Microsoft Office Outlook

(Red X) Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are
not valid.



Click OK, and everything works OK. It is randomly appearing, even when I am
not using Outlook at all.



I have done all the obvious, repair Outlook, virus scan, etc.

message? What mode is Outlook 2000 running under ('Help|About', look at the
second line of text)?
