One more ? about "search"

I changed the search type to "classic" a while ago.

I don't want to change it back to XP default, but am pulling my hair out
trying to figure out how, if I ever want to. I don't see a preferences icon
to click.

.Go to start then to Control panel. In the upper left of

the screen you should see a listing saying Control panel
with a check mark in the upper left. There is a set of
double up arrows on the right. Click this if there is
nothing showing below. This will drop down the place to
change back. Larry
