One more 32-bit or 64-bit question

I've got a copy of WV Business that states "This disc containes 32-bit
software only." As delivered by the Power Together program. I want to
install this and then upgrade to premium. Is it possible to upgrade to
64-bit at that time?

I'm reading a lot of posts that are saying to just go 32-bit at this time
until 64-bit is more matured. How will that future upgrade process go -
would it be a complete reinstall?

Thanks for the help!

Upgrade editions requrie a genuine copy of Windows. This does not include
trial or evaluation copies. If the Power Together edition is either of
those then you will need a full edition x64 dvd, not an upgrade edition.
You may need to contact your MS local office for the answer. Otherwise wait
until upgrade editions start reaching customers and someone else tries it
and reports here. There will be such a report within the week since many
who post here participated just as you did.

You will not be able to perform an upgrade-in-place when switching between
x86 and x64. You will be able to do a custom install and you must boot the
computer with the x64 dvd to do it. Use the WET wizard in Business to save
your files and settings so you can restore them after switching to x64. You
will need to reinstall your apps.
