One Modem with Duel-Boot W2K and Win98SE

I have recently installed W2K Professional on a second
Hard Drive. I can't get W2K to recognize the Modem (Intel
V92HamDataFaxVoice)that is operational when I boot
Win98SE. Why can't I use my modem when I boot in W2K?

Check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors and or non-starting
devices. Check the hardware manufacturer's web site for the latest Windows
2000 driver for your device.
