one mailbox download to two outlook local disk

Our company use microsoft outlook connnecting to exchange server. In order
to limit the exchange server's storage space, once the mailbox recieve mail,
it will send to local hard disk's pst file. (we set the received location in
outlook). At the same time, it will delete the mailbox's mail.

However, I had a client who hope to download his mail to two computers. As
I remember in outlook express, for pop and smtp mail, there is a setting not
to delete the server's mail for a period (e.g. 2 or 3 days). So user can
download the mail to different computers. But I cannot find the similar
setting in microsoft outlook. Does microsoft outlook not have this function?
or how can I do to solve it?

It is on the advanced tab of the account settings. Since you do not state
the version of Outlook in play, I will assume you know how to get there.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
