Once more a problem with OL2003 asking for passwords

Hello everyone,

for a long time my wife and me were both working on just my account on
Windows XP Home. In January I decided to create a new user for her and
we seperated our mail accounts so that I just get my mail and Outlook
2003 should just get her mail into her own PST.
Since then I was not able to solve the problem that Outlook is asking
her for the passwords for her two mail accounts everytime she's
fetching her mail (and yes, the "save password" check is set of
course. :) ).
I've tried about everything I could find on the web plus some things
more:
- I deleted the registry key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft
\Protected Storage System Provider to have it recreated after the
reboot. No effect.
- I've created a new mail profile for her. No effect.
- I've started Outlook in safe mode. No effect.
- I've created a new XP user and added her mail accounts there. No
effect.
Outlook keeps asking in all these environments for the passwords.
Strange thing is that it doesn't do so for my own mail accounts and it
doesn't do so even if I use her mail accounts again in a new mail
profile on my XP account.

Is there a known (or even an unknown ;) ) issue with XP home with more
than one user and Outlook 2003?

Any help would be appreciated a lot.

Yashem
