ON Startup, my computer goes wacky!!!

When I restart my computer, My screen goes crazy, all these applications come up, and when trying to X out of them, the just jump around. It takes me about 5 minutes to get rid of all of these. I am using the wireless Keyboard and mouse from Microsoft, but not sure if that is my problem....Please help!!!
 
what programs start? are they one that aren't in the startup list? have you scanned for viruses and spyware/adaware recently?
