On-screen keyboard help

I want to use Microsoft On-Screen Keyboard program on my touch screen. But
its buton sizes are too small. Is there a way to make bigger all buttons on
the keyboard or any free software like I want.

No ,but you can set the font size of text on buttons :
OSK > Settings > Font..
