"On resume, display Welcome Screen" screensaver option missing

Greetings Everyone,

On the screensaver tab in the Display Properties window, there used to be an
option: "On resume, display Welcome Screen". Recently, something has
replaced that option with an unwanted: "On resume, password protect". Does
anyone know how to get the former option back? The later option is not
convenient when you have multiple users since it essentially "locks" the
computer so that only the last user can unlock it. The only thing I can
think of that might have triggered this change is that I recently removed
the hidden user account that the .Net Framework added. I'm sure there is a
registry key modification that will fix this, but I've been unable to locate
it on my own. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rick,

That option changes whether you are using the Welcome Screen or not. The
added user via the .Net Framework update interrupts auto logon.
