On Reply to/Forward to - icons are missing

Hi
Outlook2007 SP3 when replying/forwarding a message sometimes the icon with
the purpul/blue arrow is not showing...
we have removed the mailbox and reinstalled - no change
we have removed profile and reinstalled - no change
we have cleared all views - no change
we have moved the icon column to be 3rd like Outlook2003 - no change
we have downgraded the SP to SP1 - no change

Does anyone have an idea how to get the icons back so i'd know if I
replied/forward this message???

no I meant SP3 for the Office 2007. they are working with Exchange 2003 and
not IMAP

I had the same issue.
After an exaustive search I found that if you right click on the toolbar
just below "inbox" and select customize current view, then on the bottom of
the box the option for reset current view, corrected the missing
reply/forward (envelope with arrow) icon.

Hey,

thanks ... I've done that already... not that way.. I did it from the
start/run and then clear views.... it didn't work.

One of my user also has the same problem, it seemed like it was not marked as
"forwarded" or "replied" on our Exchange server. When I used OWA, same
problem, icon was not changed.

Anat or anybody, do you have a solution for this?
