on my office 2003 its showing offline can you help ?

when i had to re setup my office 2003 outlook it keeps showing that its
offline in the bottom right hand side task bar is it a setting im missing as
before it was showing with the office outllok icon can you help me please

Un-check Work Offline on the File drop down menu.
I won't e-mail you but hundreds of spammers will.
