on boot, notepad opens

Margo Guda

On my new useraccount, when I boot windows, everything seems OK except
that notepad opens, with this line in it: [.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
When I close it the system works normally, as far as I can tell. Does
anyone know what this means?
