On behalf of doesn't show on recipient's email

Exchange and Outlook 2003

My better half sends email on behalf of an Executive. The emails used to
say From [Her] on behalf of [Executive]. She is still able to send emails on
his behalf, but the email recipient no longer sees the "on behalf of".

How does she turn this back 'on'?
 
Did the admin give her send as rights to the mailbox?

Did you look at the actual header to see what it says? Some email clients
will hide one of the accts.
