Omnipage text box problem

When I scan documents with Omnipage (the basic version that came with
my Dell), each paragraph appears to be an individual text box. It
makes it hard to cut and paste into MS Word. Any ideas why?

Because that is what versions earlier that OmniPage Pro 15 did.
You can save in a lesser format than True Page. Try some of the other
formats for saving documents.

Try Formatted Text View in the editor.

Doesn't Omnipage have a save as Word Document in the File type dropdown?
