I also received this error. It turned out to be two things... Outlook 2003
was conflicting, and then it was an installation error. I uninstalled Outlook
2007 Beta, then uninstalled 2003. Re-booted. Then re-installed 2007 Beta, ran
Office Diagnogstics and the problem was fixed. I am back up and running
perfectly. All my setting were saved, accounts and all. I did make a backup
just in case. Good luck all.

If you are constantly experiencing problem with olmapi 32 error appearing with Outlook application then it determines olmapi 32.dll file is turned either corrupt or the file has got damaged that many a times triggers strange error related to olmapi 32.dll file. Hence one needs to configure the outlook dll file settings or remove the corrupt copy and install the other one that will not raise any of such issue further.
