Ole32.dll error message ( edit to my other post)

how do I get rid of this error message every time I go to my documents to try and view a file this error message pops up saying Windows explorer needs to shutdown and its a ole32.dll error not a win 32.dll like i posted earlier

HP didnt know what to do with it and they said I should do a system restore
Help please
