OLE Server not registered using access 2000

Using Access 2000 on Windows XP Professional.

I have a Movie db with .rle posters for each movie. It was working fine, but
nnow when I try to insert a poster for new movies I get this message "The
Operation on the OLE object failed - The OLE Server may not be registered -
re-install or register the OLE Server.

The db was using Paint Shop Pro to convert the Picture.
The Only thing I can think of that has changed is I just installed Nero 7 on
my computer.

I'm not sure what a OLE Server is or if there could be more than one or what
program to re-install.

I tried Detect and repair and when searching for help i found :
1. Click Start, click Run, type Regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\Triedit.dll", and then click OK.

You should receive the following message:
DllRegisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Triedit\triedit.dll succeeded.

I did this and got the message above but still get the same message.

Please help

The following KB article deals with a similar error message. I do not know
if it applies to your situation, however, I thought I would pass it along.

Thanks for tying to help but my problem is not the same - There is no
RowSourceType property for the Bound Object on my form. I'm going to load the
db on a different computer and see if it works there - at least I'll know if
it's in the db or local to my computer...
