OLE Registration Error

Hi,

I am running 98se with Office 2000Pro. I recently reloaded
the OS. Before I installed Office, I ran windows update to
get the latest security and 98 updates. I then installed
Office. All the Office programs work fine except Outlook.

When starting Outlook, I get the error:
"OLE Registration Error, rerun setup"

I tried running repair but that didn't work. I then
uninstalled Office and reinstalled it but to no avail.
Outlook continues to give me the same error.

What am I missing?
