Ole or Picture objects in Pages

We have a simple form/report that is an employee photo roster. We need to
create a page to post on the company intranet site showing a five column list
of employee photos. I have created the page but it will not accept an Ole
field, so I tried pasting into a text field and the photos do not show. Any
suggestions on how I can make this happen? Thank you!

There is a lot of good information there. I created a report that is exactly
what I want but I do not know how to set up pages with multiple columns. Can
you help me?

Multiple columns are just table cells in a table. If you'd like to contact
