OLE Objects

I have set up a table that has an OLE field in it for Curriculum Vitaes. I
want to be able to double click on this field cell and then be able to
locate the relevant CV from my computer.

How do I do this? When I double click in the cell now, I get the message
"You can't edit a bound object frame if the field in the underlying table
doesn't contain an object. Embed or link an OLE into the bound object frame
using the Object Command on the Insert Menu"

So basically, when either the table or form is open and I am adding a new
entry, I want to be able to double click in the CV field and locate that
indivuals saved CV on my computer and this field will then kinda act like a
link to that CV.

Can anybody help me out witht his one?

Basically, in a form, when a user of the database double clicks in a
specific field, they get a window up allowing them to locate a file. Once
selected, a link is then set between this field and that specific file.
