OLE Object in MS Access report

Hi,
I have an Access Report with OLE Objects (word, excel and jpg). Pictures
work fine but when the OLE is stored as a word or excel document the report
is not displaying information more that one page even though word document
has more than one page.

Can any one please help, and let me know if there is any setting I am
missing or is there any tool I could use? I have other objects in the same
report with data fields and the report has to be printed in a contiuous mode.

It is not possible to have the Word OLE object render multiple pages within
an Access Report. There is no workaround. You can programmatically ask the
Word object to render itself to the printer but not reliably merging the
output from an Access report.

Thanks for the reply. I was reading in one of the post from SA and he
mentioned something similar as yours. Using Mail Merge Template and creating
a pdf file, he also has a library or something like that.

My next question: Is there a way to find out what is stored in the OLE
object before populating it in the access report. The Access database is old
and has lots of records, it does not have any other field to identify what
type of Ole Object was saved.

This way if I have to use a word document mail merge I can differentiate it
with excel or picture etc. and apply mail merge only to word documents.
