Exporting records with embedded Word OLE object to Excel

I know there are several postings regarding this subject, and everyone
says this is not possible. However, I'm posting this in a glimmer of
hope:).

Basically we have an Access field that needs to store pages of text.
This could be stored as a Memo field or an embedded Word OLE object
(doesn't matter which). This field (along with many other fields)
needs to be exported to a query-able Report format for delivery
(preferable Excel). However, I can't find a way to get the OLE object
imported into Excel. If it is truly not possible, is there a way to
get an Access Memo field imported into an Excel Comment box, or some
other presentable alternate option? If Excel as the Reporting format
is a limitation, then I'm open to other options.

Thanks for your help!

Never mind on this inquire. I decided to use a different method
(using hyperlinks to pdf bookmark references). Placing large amounts
of text in a comment box isn't a good idea anyway:)
