Ole Automation Error 404

It is a VBA program using Automation Objects(oBook, oSheet) to copy Large Recordset to the Excel File with Field name of the records from SQL Server. The program on execution shows OLE Automation Error that gets reappear after closing the error message. A solution to this is needed.
