Old to New PC

Because OL has to be setup and configured to use that pst file, on the new
pc, before you can either export or import the msgs
An alternative on the old PC would be export your msgs to outlook express,
then move the entire OE identity/data store to the new PC, wher you could
then import into Mail

I had outlook mail on the old PC and now have windows mail on new PC. Was
told to Export personal folder.pst file (old e-mail) to an external hard
drive and that I could import old messages, contacts back. When I click on
Import, I do not get a choice to direct it to the external hard drive. What
am I doing wrong and how can I correct it? Thanks.
