I realize that windows messaging is not supported by
Microsoft, however we are a small company and have had
success using the program until recently. The program
works fine on most WIndows 2000 pro machines, however
recently I have had problems with some new Dell Optiplex
machines not receiving the internal emails until many days
later. Why does this program work on some machines and
not others. I am running a Novell Network. Please
advise, and also can anybody recommend an internal email
program.

We use Lantalk (www.lantalk.net). It's a small network. I'm not sure how
this would work with a large number of users.

Microsoft WinPopUp would work for your purpose.

And you can download so many winpopup replacers.
I recommend Realpopup for free, http://www.realpopup.it
Bassline winpopup for shareware, http://basslinesoft.com
