Old Program Files

I had to install a clean Vista Home Premium after many attempts at an upgrade
failed.
Is there an easy way to get back all my old programs without reinstalling.
I know they are still loaded in the windows old folder.
 
No, you can retrieve your data files, installation files, etc, from the
windows.old folder, but the programs will need to be reinstalled.
