Old Networked PC Shares

HI,
I have just renamed a PC on my network, the workgroup is still the same.
When I view thw workgrouped pc's the old name and shared folders are still
visible.
How do I remove these old networked systems and shared folders?

Given a period of time they will go away on their own, or you can
simultaneously shut down and restart all PCs on your network to make them go
away now.
