Old MS Office & Other Apps wont run w/New XP install

Help - none of my old Office apps will run under my new
XP pro install! I get the "send/don't send" window any
time I try to run one. New apps I install get the same
results! What's up?
 
Post the error messages and exactly what happens with which programs or
reinstall your office programs.
