Old mail

I am using the new version of microsoft outlook. I have emails that I need
to keep from 2, 3, or 4 weeks ago. Last week I had email from a week ago and
now this week, those emails are gone and I only have the emails from last
week. Is there a fix so that I can keep ALL emails that I need regardless of
how old they are?
