Old Mail Being Reveived

Over the last few days I'm sporaticly receiving old emails... one's I've
already received 4 to 8 MONTHS prior. Is this a Windows Mail problem or an
ISP problem.

What type of account is it that has the problem, IMAP or POP3?

Who is the mail provider?

Have you visited their website and logged into your account, and checked for
a possible corrupt or very large message, or tried moving messages from the
online Inbox to a folder that you create, then send yourself a few test
messages to see if they duplicate?

Add the messages previously moved, back to the inbox to maybe find the
corrupt message?

What is sporaticly?

To enable spell check go to tools>options>spelling.
