Hi, I've had to reformat my machine and since I reinstalled Outlook I only
see new messages from the time I first ran it after a reinstall. I've check
in System Manager on the Exchange server and it shows my mailbox had over
3,700 messages in it. I've also lost all contacts and Notes. I'm using the
same mailbox as before, all my local *.pst files are fine, as is my Sent
Items. The messages have not been Archived or Deleted. I've tried an
uninstall and reinstall without any success.
any ideas?
Exchange 2000, Outlook 2003 on Windows XP - fully patched and Service Packed.
Thanks
Heather
