Old E-Mail setttings missing on XP upgrade

I recently upgraded to XP Home edition from ME, and seem
to have lost all my stored messages and address book (in
Outlook Express 5). I haven't been able to find where they
might be stored in the present configuration to import
them into the new outlook express. Any Hints?
 
Outlook Express stores mail and news in .dbx files. The address book is
a .wab file.

Do a search for *.wab or *.dbx and you'll find your address book or mail.
