Old data in pivot tables

Hi,
how can I get out old data from pivot table, which is not longer used in
source table.

Example (source table):
Name Age
Tom 20
Bob 15
Jane 23

I make pivot table and then I remove Bob(from source table), but in pivot
table is still stay!!!

Refresh table is work but record stays...
