OL2K3-unread mail not in inbox but in unread mail view

Weird thing happening. When emial is send to this user
with OL2K3 as part of a DL, she does not receive the
email in her inbox but it does show up in her UNREAD mail
folder under the Mail view. Also it does not appear in
INBOX under the Folder list view. Used OWA to connect
directly to server, still no message in INBOX.

I created a new PROFILE, but still same results.

any help appreciated!

This doesn't sound weird at all. It sounds like a rule is putting that
message in a different folder, one that's included in her Unread Messages
search folder.

can't find any rules that apply. actually i only found 1
run, removed it, same issue. Is this going to be one of
those needle in the haystack searches? :) where should I
begin?
