Unread mail

Hello- I use Outlook Web Access as does our receptionist. She gets some
mail in a folder called Unread Mail that doesn't show up in her Inbox.
She just discovered it today. Should I delete the Unread Mail folder
and hope that it's forced to the Inbox?
Thanks.

Unread Mail is not a real folder. It's a search context that lists unread
messages no matter what folder they're in. IN fact, the Unread Folders
folder will show you what folder they're in.

However, something seems amiss here. Outlook Web Access doesn't have search
folders, as far as I can tell. Only the real Outlook client does. I just
looked.
