OL2007 - hangs shortly after start

OK Microsoft, for as long as I have had Office 2007 on this computer I have
had frequent OL hangs shortly after startup. Everytime I have dutifully sent
the error report. I must have sent 150 or so error reports.

Now more than a year later, with hotfixes, service packs, Windows updates,
and a complete fresh install of Office 2007, it is still doing it.

What is the value of the Send Error Report?

OL2007 is the first program I start in the morning.

This is your staple software, it needs to be reliable as it was before.

But it is not!
 
Describe hangs. What is the error massage that is shown. Windows version.

If you give more details then it is easier to give an answer
 
OL2007 as part of Office 2007 with SP1
Windows XP SP3

No error message.
Stops responding.
Need Task Manager to shut it down.
