OL2007 - Automatically Reply to HTML messages in Rich Text Form

Is there an OL 2007 setting that allows all replies to HTML messages to be in
Rich Text format?
 
No there isn't and it probably wouldn't be a good idea since many mail
clients can send in HTML but only Outlook can understand RTF. So, you'd be
sending RTF to potentially people that can't interpret it.
