My PC in my office crashed last week, after the IT tech replaced the PC and
loaded my OL2003 SP3 I had access to my email, but now I am unable to turn OL
offline.
This is critical to me since I do Access development and quite often have
macros or db applications sending emails. During normal operations and
testing, I choose the offline functionality to allow me to generate the
emails and be able to checkout the emails and attachments prior to releasing
to recipients.
My tech seems unable to get my PC back to the previous OL configuration, he
is unable to configure it even with his Administrator level access. Does
anyone out there have some suggestions on what needs to be done to gain
access to that functionality.
This is costing me and my organization by the minutes and hours having to
create workarounds for compensate for this lost funtionality.
Thank you for your assistance and insight.
