Outlook 2003 SP2, all MS updates

Is there a utility/third-party application that will take exported emails
from selected folders, such as "Emails2003", "Emails2004", "Emails2005" and
"Emails2006", and allow the emails to be totally separated from OL2003 in
order to allow querying, offline reviewing of content etc.?
I have about 2GB+ of storage just in my 'normal' OL2003 (with Exchange 2003
SP2/SP3) that I'd like to retain AND add to at a later date but I seldom need
"unless I really need it".
How can I retain the emails and still have access to them offline? I'm open
to several options but I do need to do Boolean; to/from; contains; wildcard
(sometimes like "%George%" or "%eorg%"); etc.
TIA
Tom

You can create a pst-file for that; File-> New-> Outlook Data File...

Note that you cannot connect to a pst-file stored on a DVD. You'll need to
copy the file back to the hard disk first and remove the Read Only property.
Once you've done that you can connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File...

If you want to store them on a DVD and need direct access to it on the DVD
consider using this add-in;

If you decide to order use "4PM76A8" to get a discount.
