Getting email through Roadrunner off server and into Outlook 2003

I connect through Roadrunner and use Outlook 2003 for my email. As of
yesterday, I can't receive email and received this message, "Warning: Your
e-mail storage quota has been exceeded. This quota includes all folders, not
just your Inbox. Please save your e-mail to your PC and remove it from the
server or new mail may not be received."
According to RR this apparently is an OL2003 issue and as they do not
provide support on OL2003, I was not able to get any answers from them. Has
anyone encountered a similar problem and how can I resume getting my email
through OL2003 again?

The mail in your account on the server is full. Access your mail account
through RoadRunner's web based mail and delete all unnecessary mail from
your server. Then, try using Outlook to retrieve what's left. Make certain
that you do not have Outlook set up to leave mail on the server or this
situation will continue to occur.
