OL2003 - Run Rules on Items in Junk-Mail Folder without iser intervention??

I have my Junk Mail set up to All mail goes to the Junk Mail Folder unless
they are on the Safe Senders List...

Though once there in the junk mail folder the other Rules do not run on the
messages. I have to manually go into the folder and run the rules.

Is there a way to make it so the rules run automatically after the mail has
been put in the Junk Mail Folder?
