OL2003 - Messaging interface returned an unknown error

The above message has just started to appear when creating and forwarding an
email in OL2003. I have applied SP1 to 2003 and applied all the latest
patches to Windows 2000. Does any one know how to reslove this issue?

I too am getting this error today. However, when I open up the control panel
to add a profile, I don't see and mail account icons. Am I missing something?
