OL2003 Many unknown toolbars show up when click the toolbar under

Hello,

Is there anybody has the toolbar problems in "New Message"?

Many toolbars keep prompts up and can not be solved after reinstall MS
outlook 2003.

Please Advice.

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues. Which toolbars are they?
Added by 3rd party tools?
You can reset your toolbars by renaming outcmd.dat to .old

Thanks. The toolbar has no icon in it, but it will keep adding itself when
you click any icon of any toolbars.
