OL2003 - Disable Junk E-email Filtering

OL2003 has suddenly decided to start filtering my mail. I've made NO
changes to my Outlook config, and I prefer to use Qurb as my Spam
filtering.

Junk E-mail filtering HAS NOT responded to changes in it's settings.
I've changed to "No Automatic Filtering", but it still filters.

Deleted & re-created Outlook profile. I thought I recalled seeing
that I had to be using Exchange Cached Mode to use Junk E-mail
filtering, and I'm not.

Nevermind, another admin installed the Intelligent Message Filter on
our Exchange Server without telling anyone....... F*%king admins!
